At last, here is version 1.1 of the elib Firefox Extension.See the first version for more details improvements to this version are..# A cleaner display of the product details in the lower panel. I have removed the html code that wasn’t being rendered and cluttering up the panel.# A new search function at the bottom of the panel. Simply enter your search term and select where you want to search from the dropdown list (products, forum, requests) then click on the search icon. A new tab will open with your search results.# Right-clicking on the elib icon in the lower left of your browser should give you a couple of quick links.As with the previous version, you need to be logged onto The Place and have access to the RSS feeds for this to work. This extension knows nothing of your login details, just uses what is already available to your computer.To install and upgrade, is easy. Just download the XPI file to your computer and open up Firefox.Select ‘File’ > ‘Open File’  and locate this ‘elib.xpi’ file. Clicking ‘Open’ should start the installation process. Or you can just drag the file to the Firefox window and it will start installing or updating automatically.TroubleshootingIf the products fail to load, click on the logo at the top of the sidebar to visit The Place and check that you can access the site and that you are logged on.
