In researching this for a friend I was delighted to see it available on line!! It is one of the most wonderful experiences I have had with a moving meditation that does affect the Heart Chakra. I perform this outside standing on the ground – barefoot is wonderful. I also prefer doing this first thing in the morning. Being in nature with this meditation really makes me feel phenomenal. The music is hauntingly beautiful and touches inside – particularly the last movement. The quiet meditation at the end is also very nice. I always feel filled with love and refreshed after performing this moving meditation. I highly recommend this CD!
