I couldnt find a product description since this comes bundled with the dumbells that I bought. This dvd consists information on how to properly pick up dumbells, how to properly do reps, and a bunch of different exercises for dumbells(some requiring an incline bench.) I got this dvd with the purchase of the select tech dumbells which are great! Also being a self taught weight lifter I learned alot from this product.
