An amzing way of Jogging /Running without injury and fatigue.link description:The Pose Method is a system for teaching of human movement, by determining the key poses, and a model of working with the laws of nature instead of against them. In running, this is achieved by using gravity as the primary force for movement instead of muscular energy. The POSE METHOD OF RUNNING Book was published by Dr. Nicholas Romanov in 2002, but the Pose Method is in a continual state of refinement both for coaches and athletes as understanding increases. The POSE METHOD logo illustrates several of the important elements to the system. The large circle illustrates the wholeness of the system and the use of forces of nature. The globe background illustrates the fact that the system is shared by coaches and athletes world-wide. In addition to working in the USA, Dr. Romanov has conducted clinics and worked with individual athletes from Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Mexico, Germany, Russia and numerous others. The runner demonstrates the correct body posture or POSE at the moment when the General Center of Mass (GCM) passes over the point of support (ball of the foot in contact with the ground). The smaller circle passes through the GCM of the runner and also illustrates the concept of Rolling knowledge or continual improvement. The smaller circle is in specific proportion to the larger circle which is referred to as the “Golden Ratio” or “Divine Section”. Both circles begin from the same origin which is the support for the entire system. The reason for the development of the Pose Method® of running was the absence of a method for teaching running technique. Running is practiced, but not taught as a skill. The Pose Method® proposes to teach running as a skill with its own theory, concepts, and exercises. In the Pose Method® it is assumed that running technique is the same for all athletes regardless of speed or distance. The human organism exists and develops in the gravitational field, and should stay within a certain biomechanical framework, in which limits are appropriate for the full utilization of the effect of gravity. It is also assumed, that any movement is built on an infinite number of poses or positions, through which the body goes in space and time.
