OK, finally the group buy was made, and the product is here! This is gymnast Ed Baran teaching various tree and ground exercises of the great apes. And from what I’ve seen of this program, it actually quite good! Maybe not $350 good, but then again, we didn’t have to pay that at eBay… I definitely picked up some new moves from here, and I’m sure such a workout will give you great strength and above all muscle endurance!For more info check out Fureys product description.Note: The workbook was already ripped, it came on a CD, so the PDF is quite large… If anyone wants to OCR it and re-upload that would of course be good!
