3 Second Fighter – The Sniper Option.The majority of attacks and fights least less than 3 seconds, and are preceded by aggressive or disarming dialogue. This video trains you to read the body language and the attack ritual of bad intention and “stop” your attacker in the blink of an eye by using a physical and/or psychological “fence” and a cripple shooting attack. The video also covers “ambush attacks” and “match fighting”, and how to distinguish between and train realistically for all three.
