This is my personal amalgamation of AM6 and Aurora (from the BrainGain Sequels GB) that I mentioned in my AM6 journal.  It combines the ultrasonic version of AM6 while using Aurora as the background sound to achieve the benefits of both simultaneously.  When using it initially it was quite intense for a few hours, even as a regular user of Aurora.  Using something from Elvea on a regular basis before trying this, even if it’s just BrainGain, would be advisable.  This is a LOT for your brain to handle.  I have noticed that expanding your brain’s capabilities with these audios eliminates the fatigue and need for extra sleep that these subliminals can require, as your brain expands to the point where these subliminals are on longer taxing.  I am experiencing no fatigue or need for extra sleep on AM6 while I was often tired and needed an extra hour of sleep when I used AM5.
