He discusses how the subtle level of the mind carries on to other lives until we attain enlightenment, thus it is important to understand, control and develop the mind. We exist relying on body, speech and mind, but without mind the other two are powerless, thus mind is easily the most important. It is through systematic practice of Buddha Dharma that we train the mind, and this precious human life is a wonderful opportunity to study and practise Dharma and learn to understand and train our minds.”
