Program 5: Getting’ Down with The Get Up A lot of people have asked me if I would do a Get Up version of the 21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge.  If I did, this would be it.  Program 5 is genius.  If you want a really Zen kind of workout, and really want to master the Get Up – this is the ultimate program for you.Program 7: The King-Sized KillerA great kettlebell snatch program.  Really, really, really awesome.  Kettlebell snatches were the movement that the ACE Kettlebell Calorie Burn study was based on, and people have always gotten great fat loss results with snatches.  I really liked the way he put together this Easy-Hard-Medium three day per week snatch program, and how it changes over the weeks through three different adaptations.Program 11: OLADA good combination of  Get Ups, Swings, Presses, Squats and Snatches.  This program, really, is what most RKC Kettlebell Instructors do when they are short on time but still want to get a great workout.This is another program really, really common to what RKC Instructors do when they are pressed for time.  For people who really dig variation, and some of the more advanced kettlebell movements like windmills, OLAD 2 is another awesome choice.Program 31: Total Body Smoker: Pushup Edition and Program 32: Total Body Smoker – Pullup Edition Again, these are staple kinds of programs I use with my clients.  Simple, powerful, awesome.
