Most of the information is pretty basic, but will but new to people with no background in NLP. They go over ways to fire and situations to best use self anchors. This stuff is particularly useful when you get in rapport with someone you can start to fire off your anchors and the other person will follow suite. Its very beneficial in a sales situation to quickly fire off something like focus and trust on your prospect right as you meet them.
