A graceful, dancers’ workout in two segments — fast/slow cardio intervals and blended aero/tone intervals. It’s an energetic medley that maximizes variety … and results. The first section combines classic athletic moves with elements from salsa, ballet, jazz and funk (merged with rhythmic arm motions and lots of quick add-on steps). The second segment retains the same fluidity and flair, but it incorporates light dumbbells to impart a sculpting benefit. You’ll burn fat as you tone your entire physique with ab-focused torso rotations and upper/lower-body multi-muscle exercises. It all ends with Pilates matwork. Excellent cuing; Tracey’s choreography is creative and fun. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells.
