I bought these 2 CDs recently. Not heard to this yet. Phyllis Krystal is a therapist who developed her own methods. Even at her age, she says that she is not tired or exhausted, because of all her clients. The reason: she is alway connected to the HC – the higher self or higher consciousnes.
