Relieve Anxiety with Medical Hypnosis by Steven Gurgevich is a wonderful audio program which explores the causes of anxiety and offers methods to get relief. On disc 1, Gurgevich talks about anxiety, how emotions affect your mind, and speaks about his own experiences with anxiety and how he dealt with it. Disc 2 presents some wonderful techniques to use either on your own or following along with the recording that include guided visualizations, breathing exercises and meditations. I’ve personally worked with these techniques and know they work wonders. In fact, I keep the meditations on my iPod and use them often.
