This stuff IS working, but I cannot guarantee it’s gonna be in a positive way …The track I’m uploading is just a bit shorter that 3 minutes. You will have to use headphones, and will hear sounds of rain and splashing water.The track will entrain your brain in the following frequencies of the theta-delta range: – 2 Hz – 3 Hz – 4 Hz – 7 Hz.The effect is instantaneous, and although you could loop the track if you wish, I don’t recommend overdoing it.You risk to get: – a headache – tinnitus – epilepsy – an OBE ?See you in the nuthouse!
