This is an MP3 I designed to try to generate the “Awakened Mind” state of mind talked about by Anna Wise in her book “The High-Performance Mind”.  My earlier products with the Tibetan Bowls were first attempts at that, but I ended up thinking the Tibetan Bowls sucked for my personal taste, and I made a straight entrainment audio (this one) to try the same thing.All I can tell you is my personal history with this.  Whenever I listen to this, I usually listen when I have something important on my mind.  As I think about whatever is on my mind and listen, I seem to sink down into the sounds and my mind opens up.  Then I will either stay awake and feel less stressed when it’s over, or I’ll fall asleep and have a dream that upon symbolic interpretation, offers me insights into my current “issue”.Use STEREO HEADPHONES for this, and adjust it to a volume which doesn’t hurt your ears.  There aren’t any fancy bells or music on this.  Straight entrainment tones.PM me or drop a comment below to let me know what you think of it.ENJOY!
