Description

For those interested in releasing of any kind this list can be very useful. I recommend being familiar with releasing. It might be hard to proceed with the list otherwise as there are no specific instructions in this file. The dualities of attractions (attachments) and aversions that are keeping SGAGFLAP (Shame, Guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Lust, Anger, and Pride) in place are listed in this document. With each emotion, there are pairs (not opposites) of attraction and aversion that are present and seem real.Within the context of the emotion, these pairs make it seem real and thus the emotion is held on to. For example, in the context of pride there is a pleasure of being important and a fear of being seen as a nobody. You can release that. You’ll be and feel freer. My quality of life has improved as I’ve been able to let go of some of these pleasures and fears. For some of the dualities it might be hard to believe that there is a pleasure (attraction) to that, but if one is honest one can often see that there is a secret pleasure. For example, when you’re in Shame there is the pleasure of self-hatred and the fear of self-forgiveness. The ego (mind) clings to these dualities. In fact, I heard that the ego (mind) is made up of these pairs of dualities.Whatever your spiritual tool (releasing, contemplation, reflection, prayer), I think you’ll benefit greatly from having the pairs of attractions and aversions available to you. My quality of life has gotten better as I’ve been letting go of these and not being stuck in these emotions as much. The subjective benefits are great. These are copied from the book “Transcending the Levels of Consciousness” by Dr. David R. Hawkins. I recommend the book too if you’re not turned off by his work, it goes through AGFLAP and then the positive levels. In Word, I recommend going to Print >> Layout >> Pages per Sheet = 4, and then printing double sided so that you can have all the Attractions & Aversions neatly printed out on a normal sized paper.
