Zensight is an intention-based energy psychology modality that helps people to transform their concerns gently and easily. No tapping, or physical touch or movements, are necessary.Emphasizing the use of visualization together with “healing statements” and focused intent, Zensight is deeply relaxing in nature. Following Zensight sessions, many people experience vivid dreams and imagery, and enhanced visual and auditory acuity. Zensight begins with the selection of a healing symbol. Examples of possible healing symbol are an image of the ocean, a word such as “relax”, “safe”, or “release”, or a favourite colour. Anything that is chosen as a healing symbol is fine as long as there are no strong negative emotional connotations to it. The identified concern is then focused upon, as well as any visual images that come to mind when the concerns are focused upon. The picture is allowed to transform while alternating focus upon the healing symbol. As needed, the process is supported with the use of verbal healing statements. For those people who do not experience visual images, Zensight sessions involve use of healing statements or affirmations related to the issue being worked upon. At the end of each statment, simply take a deep breath and let it go, and focus upon the healing symbol.
