Regardless of the length, one should be prepared for a decent challenge but also be reassured that that there won’t be much time to think about it because every class will move at a steady, consistent pace from start to finish!Source: The Yoga CollectiveAbout the classes:Vinyasa Core Flow 1The first of a series of classes designed to immerse you in a creative flow sequence and strengthen the core, Vinyasa Core Flow #1 is a Level 2+, 30-minute class guaranteed to get the juices flowing. Focusing on cardio, strength, core and upper body work, balancing poses, super sweaty flow, and well-roundedness, class style is Vinyasa.Led by Anaswara, this class takes you on a journey through a variety of yoga poses and transitions, and begins in a standing forward bend on the back of your mat. You’ll move into Plank Pose quickly enough, which provides a serious core workout requiring intense concentration and monitoring of the breath.Get hot and sweaty as you focus on your breath and “rivers of energy” flowing through the arms and legs. Let Anaswara guide you through this sweat-inducing practice, and enjoy ridding the body of nasty toxins while increasing your energy level. What’s not to love?Source: The Yoga CollectiveVinyasa Core Flow 2The second in a series of classes dedicated to creative flow sequence with an emphasis on core strength, Vinyasa Core Flow #2 is a 30-minute, Level 2 option led by Anaswara. Class style is Vinyasa, and focus concerns the core and upper body as well as balancing poses, super sweaty flow, strength, cardio, and well-roundedness.Enjoy this half-hour yoga class and move effortlessly from one pose and transition to the next. Start at the top of your mat and “dive right in” with Anaswara, which includes moving quickly into Plank Pose. Anyone who’s ever performed Plank Pose knows how challenging it is, and that it provides one amazing core exercise!Anaswara notes that while engaging in difficult poses such as Plank, it’s essential to rely on your breath to “navigate” you through the challenge. Indeed, trying to perform Plank without breathing properly will result in serious discomfort! Enjoy this class as part of a transition into more difficult practice. Have fun!Source: The Yoga CollectiveVinyasa Core Flow 3The third in a series of three classes designed to immerse you in a creative flow sequence emphasizing core strength, this 30-minute, Level 2+ class is in the Vinyasa style. Led by Anaswara, focus is on the core and upper body as well as cardio, strength, balancing poses, super sweaty flow, and well-roundedness.Core strength is essential to many yoga poses, especially advanced postures. Anaswara gets participates moving into and out of poses quickly, as she notes there’s only 30 minutes to the session. Begin in Downward-Facing Dog as you relax the face and the rest of the body while focusing on breathwork. Anaswara then has everyone move into Plank Pose, which indicates that the class is definitely a Level 2+!Enjoy challenging yourself as you work your way through a variety of poses. The perfect yoga class for those ready to advance their practice, find something new and different in this session each time you do it.Source: The Yoga CollectiveI’m running out of product slots, so I’m putting these up as a matched set. Like luggage. Or lingerie.Three adorable little flows with lots of planks and some basic poses. More intense than I thought. But for 30 minutes per set, they make for a good wake-up in the morning. Throw these in whenever you have the time, they’re nice. Please note that although the audio is stereo (you can hear it from the opening logo), they used a mono-microphone, so her voice is only on the left channel. Just put it on speakers and you won’t even notice.Level: Intermediate/Advancedstyle: VinyasaFocus: Well-rounded, Strength, Cardio, Super Sweaty Flow, Balancing Poses, Core, Upper BodyVideo: x264-Main@L4; 1280*720 (16:9); 1818 Kbps; 23.976 fpsAudio: AAC-LC; 160 Kbps; 2 Ch; 48.0 Khz
