This is an COMPROMISE lower bit rate mp4. It is zoomed to the center portion of the video, 13fps. Because of the quality of transcoding it’s still clear and sharp on a 22″ monitor, not blocky like youtube. It’s a seminar so that’s fine. I tried about 4 different settings before settling on this.I did this because the video is generally shot too wide and portable screens are small. It doesn’t do anything for some of the original flaws in the video. Sound sync of on ports of disc 4, some overexposed video.You can get the value of the facial expressions and body language better than leaving it wide, but sometimes (5%? you loose hands, faces, etc) You don’t actually loose the info because the center contains more info, i.e. sharper, and more content.It’s an acceptable way of watching it an a much lower bit rate than the original rip.
