Vassilis Ghegas – The Classical Homeopathic Lectures
[10 Vols Books – 1647 JPG]

Description

These are the scans of 10 volumes A-J of very rare Vassilis GHEGAS’ Classical Homeopathic Lectures. The volumes  span 1987-1991.I really hope that someone enthusiastic about Homeopathy will OCR and proofread these. It won’t be easy due to the multiple abbreviations used which won’t be in the existing dictionary. I remove my hat before you if you do that work. This is from the back cover:Dr. Med. Vassilis GHEGAS Vassilis GHEGAS was born in Greece in 1948. During his medical studies, he came in contact with George VITHOULKAS who aroused his interest in classical homeopathy. He started to specialize after obtaining his Medical Degree, but after a while he left the hospital to study homeopathy with George VITHOULKAS at the Athenian School for Homeopathy. Vassilis GHEGAS was one of the first and best students at the Athenian School, and he also took an active part in the organization. He has been treating his patients exclusively with homeopathy since 1974, first in his teacher’s centre and during the latter years in his own practice. As regards content, it can be seen that Vassilis has assimilated his teacher’s experience and that he has meticulously tested everything by his own practice. The didactic qualities of Vassilis are really unique: he puts forward a very complicated matter in a simple way, so that it is practicable and comprehensible to everyone. He teaches Classical Homeopathy as it occurs in its diversity in daily practice: both constitutional long-term treatment and homeopathic treatment of serious acute situations where the constitutional remedy is obstructed, both well-reacting cases and those which are totally obstructed. Besides, he explains how to recognize essential characteristics of remedies in patients. In all the above, Vassilis uses the Materia Medicas of James Tyler Kent and William Boericke. Every single lecture of Vassilis GHEGAS is highly recommended to be heard ‘live’. Each lecture complements another. His style of teaching is very typical, humorous and surprising, and his simple English is understandable to non-native speakers. Application of the information from the Athenian School will lead to better results with patients in daily homeopathic practice. Dr. Med. Fons VAN DEN BERGHE He was born in 1948. In 1985, after 8 years of allopathic team-practice, he followed a 3-year homeopathic training with Dr. Med. Alfons GEUKENS in Hechtel (Belgium). In 1988, he created his own training centre where presently 3 homeopaths are employed. He teaches in homeopathic schools in Belgium (V.S.U.) and in the Netherlands (S.H.0.). He has followed many seminars by George VITHOULKAS and by Vassilis GHEGAS. In order to maintain the information provided by Vassilis, he conceived the idea of recording his lectures in a system Gheqas, Vassilis )s. This has already happened with all the lec Classical Homeopathic Lectures Please contribute back by OCRing and Spellcheck/Proofreading this book. I recommend ABBYY Finereader 10 or 11 for doing this work in a relatively easy way.If you plan to do that please leave a comment here so the effort won’t be duplicated by others. Please post back the final pdf and I’d also appreciate the project files as well (please PM if you do). Please note that the high quality scan images are posted here for a specific purpose – to make it easy to OCR/spellcheck the book and not spend 100 hours doing that from a crappy, lossy compressed pdfs that are sometimes posted here. so please don’t waste your time asking why this is not a pdf file. Instead contribute a few hours and OCR/proofread the posted book. Thank you.
