If you feel like doing so, I strongly recommend The Ultimate Yogi.Keep in mind, every yoga teacher has their own style, they may not all fit yours, just try them out and don’t get discouraged.Michelle Goldstein: Deep Into the Hips (20 Minutes)About the instructor:Michelle leads workshops, immersions & retreats worldwide as well as teaching at Santa Monica Power Yoga & Equinox Fitness Clubs. She has studied with many inspiring teachers, among them Bryan Kest, Annie Carpenter, Max Strom, Jerome Mercier and Erich Schiffman.Known for her creative vinyasas (sequences of yoga asana) and pranayama, Michelle Goldsteins teaching integrates influences from various forms of movement and meditation.Source: UdayaOne of my favorite instructors. She has sessions dealing with the muscles most need to work on.About the class:This compact 20 minute sequence will create space & mobility in the hips, which is so important  in remaining strong, stable and upright.Source: UdayaSlow start today. Slow hip stretches, almost Yin yoga. 20 minutes of it. I loved it and recommend it for everyone.Truly, if you can get your hips really open, all yoga becomes so much easier. Yogis also believe that emotion and stress are stored in the hips, it’s not uncommon for people to spontaneously start to cry or laugh while doing hip openers.Be careful how the poses feel. You’re supposed to feel them high up the legs and/or glutes, never in the knees. Although sometimes inevitable, don’t push it when you start feeling it in the side of the knees. They are very vulnerable in these poses. Use a block, bolster, pillow or towel if you need support. People have been known to tear something real bad when pushing the knees.Level: IntermediateVideo: x264-Main@L4; 1280*720 (16:9); 1357 Kbps; 23.976 fpsAudio: AAC-LC; 160 Kbps; 2 Ch; 48.0 Khz
