Yoga with live music and incense, of course! Granted, SUP yoga and acro/partneryoga are also really cool.I told you I’d try and do some cardio. It’s not the most exhausting session I’ve done, but it should definitely burn some calories. Ever done leg raises? Try doing leg lowers while standing on your head. It’s not for everyone. Maybe you’d prefer just wrapping your leg around your shoulder? Handstands? Splits? It’s a pretty cool, fun and complete session. With live music. In a mountain cabin. I’ll be coming back to this one more often as I get better.My compliments once more to the Bulgarians, they built a good-looking set.PS The best tip I can give you when it comes to inversions is to get your core ridiculously tight. Look into Gold Medal Bodies’ latest product, Integral Strength for what they call hollow body. It’s one of the keys to a free-standing handstand. I love their stuff.
