I bought one, began working out and realized I didn’t need a fully equipped Olympic Lifting gym in order to get a great full body, functional workout regardless of wherever I was. Needless to say I was a huge fan but having discovered this stretching routine I was blown away how functional this simple piece of gear is. I have tried to stretch regularly in the past and have even tried yoga but was never able to get as complete and enjoyable a stretch as with the TRX. I feel like a new person! There is no reason that anyone can’t get a great stretch with this unit and thanks to Fraser et al for putting this flexibility routine together!This DVD is a must for improving flexibility and full range of movement. It is very smooth and Fraser does a wonderful job of explaining the movements and helping you understand if you should take the movement further. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy stretching out with the TRX. It really allows you to connect to muscles in a way that you would not be able to without it. You feel wonderful after doing this program…I highly recommend this!!I have flabby thighs and spin, treadmill and elicipital train. When I first used the TRX, I really wasn’t sold. I used it once. Two months later, after visiting with a friend who told me the TRX was helping her do more push ups, I decided to try it again. This time I did the TRX flexibility workout. I am sold on it. After on one month, the thighs are starting to take shape. I’m ridding by thighs from the cottage cheese look to the smoothness. I still have long way to go, however, I am addicted to TRX.This DVD shows how intense you can go with the TRX. I loved how it showed the diffenent levels and how the hardest level was even hard for the the participents to stay with. I love Todd Durkin’s style of encouraging and teaching. I cant wait to try the work out on myself and my athletic clients who need a greater challenge!Though this workout will not make you into a champion power lifter, it will do what most of us want, obtain a high level of functional fitness and strength. Warning you will be sore after this workout, but can ease into it as the exercises can be modified by changing stances and positioning.So I just wanted to comment on this DVD as well and all I can say is WOW. Intense, motivational, incredible workout. Thanks for bringing it. At the end I was starting to have trouble keeping up, but what a great workout. Awesome. Can I have more, please?OK, the personal trainer of 13 years just got his butt kicked! and loved it! Yes trainers need to be pushed too and Ropes and Straps did it for me. This dvd workout rocked! It had my heart rate and my muscles pumped up! I can see how I can intigrate this into some of my client’s sessions. Looking forward to seeing the results from such a demanding workout. As always great product!I have hundreds of workout DVDs and have been working out for 11 years using everything from dumbells to kettlebells, but Ropes and Straps has officially become the most challenging workout I own. The workout is a terrific metabolic circuit challenge. Exercising with Randy Hetrick and Buddy Lee is a very motivating experience. I loved the variety of new exercises that I haven’t seen in other TRX DVDs. This workout smoked me in a good way. I can’t wait to do it again. Please make more workouts with Randy (and Buddy)!I’m a Personal trainer out of Cleveland, Ohio. I started using TRX in my sessions because of their versatility and portablity. Now it has become a main focus in my sessions. My clients prefer them over other equipment. Some have even purchased their own. The core applications are very intense and I can deliver an exhausting full body session to my clients from various planes of motion and angles. I’m very impressed.I quit my gym about 5 months ago – I was travelling for business and not using the gym. And when I did use the gym I was hating the whole process. I discovered the TRX about 3 months ago and have been using it vehemently and seeing fantastic results – weight loss and muscle gains.
