(Headphones are required)This session uses a protocol developed by Michael Triggs, a brainwave entrainment enthusiast, who realized that a slow binaural beat with rising pitch had an extremely energizing effect. This was later confirmed throughout the BWE community.Added to the rising pitch is a simple 18 Hz (Beta) stimulus to further wake and energize the listener.Good user sessions made by the communityPurrification (30 min.) (Headphones are required)This session is intended to mimic the soothing effects of a cat’s purr. Almost all cats purr at a fundamental of 25Hz or 50Hz with harmonics all the way up to 150Hz. Furthermore, the breathing rate for a cat while purring is on average 46.2 times per minute or 0.77 times per second.This session is comprised of six tone tracks that include a pitch of 25Hz as the fundamental as well as its harmonics up to 150Hz all with an isochronic square wave pulse of 0.77 cycles per second. Each harmonic of 25 Hz has an amplitude which is inversely proportional to its harmonic value.Though there is no clear scientific concensus as to why cat’s purr and several other animals purr, one theory is that the pitch of their purring as well as its associated harmonics are frequencies which are known to have healing properties for ligaments, tendons, and bone. Cats relative to dogs are fantastic healers, and their cancer rates relative to dogs are magnitudes less than that of dogs. Furthermore, cats maintain their strength and agility, in spite of very little exercise during the day to keep their muscles in tip top shape which they need for hunting. Purring is thought to be a mechanism cats use for healing as well as stimulating its tissues to stay in top top shape, even when laying around doing nothing most of the day.Deeper then a zen monk sessions…(Headphones are required)DTZM is set by default to a binaural carrier of 120 hz. The beats in the 1/2 hour 3.0 Down to Delta session step in 3 minute increments from 10 hz to 2.5 hz. It is meant to be immediately followed by one of the Stay at Delta sessions. To begin, use the 3.1 (2.5 hz) step. When (after some weeks) you feel that the effect of this step is wearing off, switch to the 3.2 (1.5 hz) step, then 3.3 (.5 hz) and then 3.4 (.3 hz).The suggestion by holosync for their sessions is to use each carrier level for at least 6 months, 1 year when using very low carriers. So, you would stay at each step for at least 6 weeks (4 x 6 = 24 weeks = about 6 months).
