Description

It’s a fluid, dancer-style workout — a balanced blend of ballet, yoga and standing Pilates. You’ll gracefully firm and tone your buttocks as you build total-body flexibility. It’s especially designed for novice “ballerinas.” Tracey begins with an 11-minute tutorial that demonstrates the safest and most effective techniques. She also limits the repetitions and emphasizes small movements — for example, short pulses instead of wide-ranging motions (but one exerciser also shows more challenging variations to use as you get stronger). Tracey’s cuing is joyful, easy-to-follow and totally supportive (“if you’re tired, take a break and come back”). DVD includes a bonus 14-minute abs/thighs matwork segment.
