http://www.the-coaching-academy.com/I really don’t remember where I got this from and I can’t find any info on it.But the foundation training consists of 3 DVDs (GROW, Goals and Motivation, Values and Beliefs) and is about 3 hours in length. It comes in both AVI and MP4 format.The resource library consists of many tutorials on varying topics such as ‘Questioning Skills’ and ‘Coaching via Email’, totaling almost 30 hours of content. There are also 2 live coaching demonstrations both around 20 minutes long each. Additionally there are a number of PDFs which contain worksheets and templates.Overall it seems like a basic introduction to coaching with a wide scope of specialised topics covered in the resource library.Enjoy!
