So, this is the same as the last product except that now instead of ISO is an AVI file. First time ripping/encoding with Handbrake so please let me know how it works for you, worked perfect for me using K-Lite Codec Pack Media Player Classic. Here’s the previous description:”I was part of the SLA for only 2 months (April and May) and this is the first DVD I got. This DVD was recorded last year at SLA’s West Conference (I believe) and the speaker is Mike O’Hearn (guy from American Gladiator, I think his name is Titan in the show) and this DVD is about overall fitness.I could not rip it since I have yet to find a free program to rip and encode to AVI, MPG or any other file format. All of the ones I’ve found have a cost so I’m uploading it as ISO. If anyone wants to download it and then upload it again as a different format, be my guest.
