Description

These are 3 short vids of 3 different 10 second workouts–one for full body and 2 for arms and chest.  You need no equipment to do these ‘exercises’, they are more like isometrics.  you are pushing and pulling against things such as doorways and cabinets.  The vids show him doing these so you get the effect of how much pressure and muscle he is putting into it.
