Serve with a mint sprig.—————————Spinach Raspberry Medley2 large handfuls spinach1 cup water½ cup ice1 Tbsp. agave nectar1 cup frozen mixed berries1 banana, frozen in chunksBlend spinach and ice until smooth in BlendTec, add other ingredients and blend 60 seconds. Serve in tall glasses with straws.—————————Kale Concoction3 large stalks of green or black (Lacinato) kale1 cup water2 pears1” of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped1 cup water1 banana, frozen in chunks½ tsp. steviaBlend kale and water in BlendTec until smooth, then add other ingredients and blend 90 seconds more.—————————Tropismoothie1 large handful spinach1 large handful arugula1 large handful leafy lettuce (romaine, green or red lettuce, anything but iceberg)1 cup water1 cup fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped1 cup papaya1 banana, frozen in chunks1 Tbsp. honey½ cup iceBlend first four ingredients in BlendTec until smooth.
