With Robins. They are all perfect just the way they are.I have tried lots of raw lasagnas and this is the best raw lasagna I have ever tasted. I used this cheese on the pizza I made also and it was really good. The cheese is so creamy and delicious, who needs dairy??One thing I loved about this lasagna is that it uses a lot of vegetables, it is not heavily nut based. She shows precisely and simply how to build a lasagna. The layers: sauces and cheese, lasagna noodles and tomatoes are so easy to make. This is my favorite meal. I have been cutting slices and taking it to lunch with me with a big leaf lettuce on the side. I could live on this recipe and I have never felt healthier.If you like Lasagna, but didn’t know how to make it healthy then this movie is for you. You can almost taste it as it’s being done. Simply FANTASTIC!!!I just received the rest of the DVD series. Instead of all the chopping and frying and different steps of making a cooked sauce.. raw sauces are made in a blender or food processor which allows you to keep it a little more chunky. And in addition the raw version has an incredible fresh taste.. amazing how the spices and olive oil help make it creamy and smooth and delicious just like the cooked sauce I had been used to. Not to mention all the enzymes and nutrition that doesn’t get cooked out of it!Making zucchetti is also so much easier than making pasta. You don’t even have to wait for water to boil. It is just spiralized into the long strands, sp easy!! And she tells about the different spiralizers, and which ones are best. Amazing how similar it is to cooked pasta – Amazing!! My family loves it.The Alfredo sauce is my favorite. I am amazed at how rich and creamy this version, made with a base of cashews and pine nuts is. It is just as creamy as the Heavy dairy version! Robin uses the perfect amounts of spices and seasonings, everything tastes amazing. I really like this as I think the seeds are more healthy also.She gives lots of great tips, for instance -Basil can be picked, or bought, when in season in big bunches and processed with olive oil and frozen in ice cube trays to be used throughout the winter months. It is much cheaper doing it this way and the smell and taste of fresh basil during winter months is so nice.The pest is so delicious. I had read that this DVD was being produced, and had been waiting for it for a long time now, as well as the other two that I have also just received.I actually met this lovely young lady when I visited Canada to see a Raw Food workshop and learned so much from her.This DVD is perfect to learn the techniques, methods, and short-cuts that only someone preparing raw food meals daily knows; its focused on Italian raw foods, spaghetti is zucchetti, lasagna, etc.What I liked best was it actually showed the full recipe, sauces, the making of them, etc, not expecting me to already know how some of the (what may be to some people) simple things are made. I also learned how to make things that I did know a differently, faster and with more flavor. Totally fantastic!Too many times experts think that those of us just learning know all the methods to get a basil sauce or something simple for them, well, we don’t and need to know. I also liked the fact that blender times were shown by caption, so I knew approximately how long I needed to blend, (without having to watch a blender on my DVD). Great job!Everything turned out great, and was loved by even the non – raw food eaters here.I’m so very happy!Thank you Robin!
