A set of 4 vhs rips of Rob Kaman’s Muay Thai training.  Good stuff if you want to start to learn muay thai.  Pretty clear instruction and goes over most of the common moves.  A pdf book also included that illustrates pretty clearly all the moves and goes through how to perform them. These little guys are pretty damn strong to be able to do these, and I’m still impressed by them, wish I could do it like them,
