This book has been written specifically for adults, although many of the explanations, exercises and structured conversations would also be of use in the school environment. The explanations of grammar have been written with the self-study student in mind. For those students who cannot attend classes, the CD included with this book, featuring native Indonesian speakers, will be helpful. Some means of occasionally checking pronunciation, such as a native Indonesian or an advanced student if available, would be of considerable benefit.
