Paul Vunak “Dumog”This video introduces us to the oft neglected art of Dumog (Filipino Wrestling).Once again, Paul Vunak comes through on this tape. Dumog is an awesome art to use in the clinch. It would help any judoka, BJJ, wrestler or MMA fighter immensly. These are techniques you don’t see often but are very effective.I practiced the Dumog drills and found myself getting a lot of sensitivity with my partner. I felt a lot of upper body control and really feel that this can be applied to a fight. This tape was a real suprise becase there is no “wrestling” in the traditional ground grappling sense, yet suprisingly, I picked up a lot that I wouldn’t have got anywhere else.
