These include how and when one must schedule breaks when working so that he or she will be able to increase productivity and explains the need for and the right time for indulgences and guilty pleasures — since these can also help in building self-discipline. But what interests me the most is that the approach used by this book is quite different from other books on the same topic that I’ve read before. I was looking for a book that can help me enhance my self confidence and willpower because I’m lacking motivation because of low self esteem, that’s why when I saw this book I purchase it right away. Oliver manages to give detailed explanation and guidelines on how we can improve our willpower and self confidence by using science and daily practices. It is indeed a very informative book and I highly recommend it to everyone.
