It has been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starts at 9.5 Hz for 1 minute before rising to 22 Hz over 2 minutes. The rest of the session is spent in mid to high Beta (16 Hz – 33 Hz) before ramping down to 9 Hz for the last minute.There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
