Performance Preparation (Audiostrobe Session) by Mind Spa[MP3 – 320 kbps – CBR]Length – 40:10 minA session originally created for the Mind Spa mind machine in the Performance category. It has been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starting at 12 Hz ramps down to 5 Hz over 6 minutes then up to 10 Hz over the next 6 minutes. Ramps down to 6 Hz over the next 10 minutes before rising again to 10 Hz over 2 minutes. The rest of the session is spent in low Beta / high Alpha ending at 13 Hz.There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
