It has been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starting at 11 Hz for 4 min this session then briefly rises to 20 Hz before rapidly descending to 5.6 Hz where it stays for 18 minutes before rising to 25 Hz for the rest of the session. There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
