It has been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Rapid sweeps up and down throughout the entire session. The general trend of the sweeps is downward for the the first 25 minutes before sweeping between 6 Hz and 16 Hz for the last 5 minutes. There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
