They have been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Mostly 11 Hz for first half of session with a few quick steps (16, 12, 8, 6 Hz) then 7 Hz for 5 minutes finally ramping and ending at 12 Hz. Both sessions are the same in terms of Hz but each one uses a different audio stimulation. Both sessions contain a 10 minutes silence at the beginning.Quick Break 1 = Pulse SoundQuick Break 2 = Pulse Sound and Binaural BeatsCan also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
