Of course, speed and explosive power is not just beneficial for athletes. You never know when speed will come in handy. For example, the next time your wife or girlfriend wants to watch a “Sex in the city” marathon, you will be able to move faster and get out of dodge before it is too late and ladies the next time your man wants to watch a “Jackass” marathon you will be able to explode out of the room and vanish without a trace. I wish I had this DVD back when I was in high school and used to ditch all of the lame pep rallies. I would have had a 100% success rate in escaping every time.All joking aside, this is a very comprehensive DVD that goes over how to build speed and explosive power in four different categories: Full body explosive power, Upper body explosive power, Lower body explosive power, and Rotational explosive power. Translation? You will be one explosive hombre after you practice the exercises on this DVD and follow the programs in the free DVD user guide. I did not leave anything out on this DVD.Similar to my last DVD, this DVD contains 90 minutes of fluff free information. Every exercise is picked for a reason and every exercise is covered in detail. I did not split the content into two DVD’s to charge you more or purposely hold back so that I can make a sequel down the road. I have covered everything that I want to cover on the topic of speed and explosive strength with kettlebells on this DVD and you will know exactly what exercises to do and what programs to apply for your goals.Even if you do not care about getting faster and more explosive, you will love the wide variety of exercises that this DVD contains. We all know how boring training can get when you do the same exercises over and over again. Get this DVD now and rest assured that boredom will be the least of your worries for many moons. In addition, I have worked on my comedy act and my humor is much better this time. That alone is worth the price of the DVD right? Well maybe not, but it cannot hurt. Nothing worse than a boring training DVD that is as interesting as watching drywall painting.Before we get into the exercises on the DVD, let me just make it clear that this is not a beginner kettlebell DVD. While I do go over each exercise in detail and offer alternatives for the exercises that are technically demanding, if you have never used a kettlebell before, then this is not the DVD for you. Again, I do review the basics in detail that are relevant to the content of this DVD. However, you want to be comfortable with the basic kettlebell drills such as: Military presses, swings, cleans, and snatches before moving on to this DVD. That said, the drills on the DVD are not super complex or beyond the range of the average trainee and I do spend a great deal of time explaining each exercise in detail so do not be intimidated. Of course, if you cannot handle the exercises, you can always get Richard Simmons’ “Sweating To The Oldies.” Just kidding.
