Over the years I’ve been heavily into various spiritual traditions, Zen, Sufism, Yoga, Christian mysticism, Hindu mysticism and martial arts. It’s the full book.It’s straight to the point which is how i like it, and at 51 pages it makes a change from some previous books i’ve read. Concepts and ideas that usually take pages and pages to explain are summed up in the book in just a few lines.I would recommend as expansions I am That, Be as you are, Sedona Method, Lester Levenson’s work and Eckhart Tolle’s.
