Description

Five segments, each one features a different exercise technique. You can do them all for an 80-minute challenge, or just pick a few sections for a less intense workout. The first series is super-basic indoor walking. The second segment adds resistance band toning to the aerobics; you’re burning calories as you’re sculpting your arms. That’s followed by cardio interval training — sequences of faster/slower walking moves (with a “run” intensifier option). Then you’ll pick up the band for aero/tone intervals — alternating segments of pure aerobics and pure toning. The final series is called “ab walk”. It blends an abdominal toning element into classic Walk Aerobics routines. As always, Leslie is friendly, encouraging and very chatty.
