Description

This is the Superhero Workout from John Romaniello along with the Hyperdrive pack and his exercise videos.website: http://finalphasefatloss.com/hero/?hop=0 (not currently working but it is the right one)Description:Because the site doesn’t work, I could not get the actual description, but here is a review from someone that outlines what is in there.Quote:It’s a twelve week four phase program:Phase 1 – 3 weeks long, focus is on strength and power uses dumbbells and barbellsPhase 2 – 2 weeks long, focus is on conditioning and endurance, more total body high heart rate stuff, density training, plyometrics, less restPhase 3 – 4 weeks long, focus is on building mass using a body part split, women who don’t want to focus on mass building for a month can sub this phase with Flavia Del Monte’s female super hero workouts which keep the focus on fat burning, Flavia’s workouts have one upper, one lower, and one total body workout.Phase 4 – 4 weeks long, focus is on putting together your super powers, it alternates days of strength, fat burning, endurance, etc.I do not see a single mention of cardio. It looks like all of the phases have 3 strength workouts per week except for the men’s mass building which is a 4x per week body part split. It looks like this can all be done at home. Phase 1 had some barbell complexes, but they say you can sub dumbbells for any barbell exercise. It does use Valslides and something called Fat Gripz (bigger grips to go on the barbell) but you could sub those if you have to.Ok, now on to the bonus HyperDrive pack that I purchased:Suspension trainer workouts – it has 4 TRX routines: body weight, timed sets, non-competing super sets, and tempo-focused. This alone is probably worth the extra $20-something if you have a TRX or similar.Nutrition guide – OMG!!! The whole thing is based on intermittent fasting!!!! It’s very Leangainsy with an 8 hour feeding window, and it looks like the calorie recommendations cycle based on the phase you’re in and whether or not it’s a training day. This stuns me honestly! I was expecting the same old eat every 2 hours and carry a cooler garbage. I’m so glad that is falling out of favor. Oh, wait…during the lunkhead mass building phase, there is a lunkhead bodybuilding diet where you eat six times a day, but on non-wokout days they cram all six feedings into and 8 hour window. Hmmm, kind of a hybrid IF and bodybuilding thing. Very unique, I’ve not seen a nutrition plan like this.Sale page videos:Here is his selling video for the Main package: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Byi_0i9fZCQHere is his selling video for the Hyperdrive package: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JB1bbTJ76AM
