This is a private Hamstring flexibility program by Joachim Hilderson.It is one of the hardest, but most effective hamstring training programs you will find anywhere.You will need 6 days a week to follow it.Equipment needed.A box or bench to stand on.A barbell or Kettlebells.A belt or a band.it works!!It doesnt take long to do, you  will be sore, but this will break you through any plateau’s you have.It uses a mix of Loaded Dynamic Flexibility (loaded stretching),and Kinesiological Stretching techniques ( a form of Dynamic passive stretching uses targets and levers).For a pure Hamstring program, this is the best one of the internet by far.If you do it for 4 weeks, take a week off, then resume… Most will have palms flat in 4 weeks or less, and in 2-3 months you should have your chest down flat on legs in double hamstring stretch (forward fold/pike)
