www.tonysanchezyoga.comThe Yoga Challenge routine includes all of the Bikram poses (save two) and introduces additional poses: standing splits, inner thigh work, ab strenghtening and twists. IMHO, it manages to accomplish in one hour more than the Bikram routine does in 90 minutes. Further, one does not need a sauna in which to perform the poses (ala Bikram), just and warm quiet place. This is very practical for the home practitioner.
