Most of you can just have a good laugh at what some idiots will up and what some ppl will spend their ratio on…I want to share these (ripped then a year back but just now remembered I had done so and needed to up them) b/c after viewing them I fell them to be interesting and I’m sure that a few ppl here will find them to be useful as well.The speaker (Swann) brings out a few key issues that I really connect with. His philosophical concept of “Reality Boxes”- what we choose to experience and how that opens or limits us to what we can do and experience. I found to be curiously close to the NLP idea of frames and limiting beliefs. To me hearing this stuff expressed from a man who is not focused on the NLP or “seduction” stuff but have the psychological concepts that parallel many of these ideas (form his own work and his making this conclusion independently) is refreshing. Hearing it anew form a deferent angle so to speak. The concepts one uses can hold back the person into just that way of thinking. For better or worse. Very down to earth theme for a “psychic” I find. The group think mind vs the individual free thinker issue.Tho the ideas is part are not unlike the frame that NF Dixon in “On the Psychology of Military Incompetence” had put out be4…Mainly this lecture is on a surprising topic. While main stream science is NEVER going to be studying ESP and psychic stuff (they do not need to) what they are researching now, as part of making the modern world, is very much in line with the whole “psychic” angle. From Social Neuroscience to Artificial Intelligence and computers and new paradigms of medicine and healing and new physics theories- the labels will never be “telepathy” or “remote influence” to science tho- all have surprisingly the same end as mystics and psychics have gotten on about over the ages and even today. There is BS in the whole “psi” area- alot of it! There is IRL items of great value too tho. When the real psi stuff syncs up with real science (tho main stream science will not and need not call it that) the match is very surprising.If you dig this kind of thing then you’ll like this lecture.
