*NoteThese are “audio explorations” that accompany the book by the same title. I do not have the book, these are just the audios. The audios themselves can be used as a standalone product although the book helps to further flesh out the authors ideas. What will you get from these audios? They are basically guided meditations that help you get in touch with your body. They get you grounded, spreading your energy throughout your entire body and gaining awareness as well as moving awareness into and throughout your body rather than being stuck up in your head. It helps to create that psychosomatic connection of mind and body, allowing you to be more present to what your experiencing directly in the moment and being deeply rooted in the present moment. This is for people who want to be more grounded and more integrated as a person. This product has helped me tremendously to be more present and to be more of an embodied person – by far one of the most important practices I have taken up. I hope this helps you all achieve the same.Note on Use of this product: These audios are labeled as 3 different “explorations” 1, 2 and 3. The 3rd one consists of 3 different segments. They do not need to be listened to concurrently. You can simply pick which exploration you would like to do at any given time and do it. But it can be quite powerful if you go through them all at once as each one builds off of eachother.Briefly: Exploration 1 :  take a baseline measure of where you are in any given moment. This track allows you to get in touch with your body, find where your awareness is in your body, and begin to get present to sensations you may otherwise not notice.Exploration 2 : how to fill and nourish yourself in a healthy manner. This track helps you ground and connect deeply to your body and your environment. It helps you to be a container of your own energy and less effected by the environment because you become grounded in yourself and to a greater source.Exploration 3 : how to meet and disarm your own internal resistance to being fully present – so you can feel your freedom and fluidity to manifest more of what you want in your world.This track explores where your resistances may be in your body and helps you to nourish and overcome them. Strong emotions may come up during this session, it is essentially a form of guided self-therapy. Please be familiar with and grounded in the previous 2 explorations before moving on to this.
