Week 1 is pure stretching, then he adds activation exercises which increase the connection between your brain and muscles. You then use this enhanced connection to fire up the results on the resistance part of the program, eventually working the muscles in all directions in a practically useful manner.It’s very well-structured and explained, with multiple camera angles and pointers on technique. By the end stages, the workout is short but HARD. Personally I find it a very efficient way of working out my legs and core, and have found dramatically increased strength and agility by following this program. Keep it exclusive!
