This is a compact edition of Dimitri’s book that’s been upped here:’ve finally done this one because the original PDF really sucked when I tried to print it:no necessary margins, no page #s etc… I personally hate pdfs without page #s!!!There are 2 pdfs in this product:1. I’ve done my own pdf that has Times New Roman 10 as font size but it’s too small for me to read printed text like this. But this one probably has very few mistakes. So print this one if this font size is ok for you.2. ‘Times New Roman 12’ edition. For some reason when I tried to increase font size of the   ‘Times New Roman 10’ – some sentences breaks appeared instantly. So I had to do lots of “find-replace” and editing operations to make it a good one.
