This is my second High Intensity Interval Training workout album. The format of these tracks is 5 Minutes warmup then 30 seconds of high speed then 30 seconds low speed, repeated back and forth fast and slow for 20 minutes then 5 minutes (or so) of cooldown. Some tracks area minute or so shorter than the 30 minute total workout, but I couldn’t justify just slapping a butchered track on the end just to pad out the .mp3 file to reach 30 minutes.It’s my voice telling you to Speed Up or Slow Down. I’ve found that is more effective than a series of beepslike on other audio files out there. Also I haven’t matched up tempo or done proper timing (in fact some songs start when my voice says “Slow down now”). The only thing I did try (and fail sometimes) was match up theslow song with the cooldown phase. And the choices of music is definitly… odd.
